Enrollment & Tuition

Tuition reserves:

• Instruction on the confirmed enrollment schedule
• Teacher scheduling
• Lesson preparation
• Curriculum planning
• Ongoing academy support and administration

Tuition is based on enrollment and reserved instructional time, not attendance.

These revised protections apply when included in the enrollment terms accepted by the family. Existing executed agreements keep their recorded terms unless a documented amendment or applicable law changes them. Your enrollment summary identifies the policy version and purchased schedule.

Student absence and withdrawal requests follow their applicable terms. The cohort nonlaunch and Apollo-undelivered live-instruction remedies below apply separately; they do not depend on discretionary refund approval once their stated conditions are met. Applicable law controls whenever it requires another remedy.

Listed tuition is available with no added payment-method surcharge when paid by ACH bank transfer or check. If a separately applicable credit-card surcharge is permitted and disclosed for your payment, the stated rate is 3% and the amount must be shown before you confirm payment. Registration does not authorize that additional fee. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and ACH bank transfers are not surcharged.

Trial Placement Appointments

The $29 Trial Placement reserves a specific appointment time and is separate from ongoing tuition.

Historical offer — expired September 30, 2026: Trial fees for student cancellations follow the trial cancellation terms and were not credited toward enrollment under the Fall 2026 Apollo Back-to-School offer. Under that expired offer, an eligible new student who completes the trial and enrolls in Apollo's recommended eligible online or studio pathway within seven calendar days and no later than September 30, 2026 receives $50 off the first tuition charge and a waived $50 first-year registration fee, for $100 in enrollment savings. The eight-week Fall Music Foundations and Piano Pathway Masterclass cohorts were included in that expired offer when recommended; current Fall 2026 enrollment is closed.

One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Student same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the trial appointment and trial fee unless Apollo approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.

If Apollo cannot provide a purchased trial, its live-instruction remedy is handled separately from course tuition under the Apollo cancellation terms below. A trial is not recorded as delivered merely because it was paid.

Group Program Enrollment

Group tuition reserves the student's place in a specific cohort. A website form, ad click, or Trial Placement does not reserve a cohort seat. Apollo secures the seat only after the applicable service agreement and written enrollment summary are confirmed, current availability is checked, and the applicable first tuition payment or full tuition is verified. Tuition is not calculated solely according to attendance.

Academy Little Apollos™ Music & Play, Apollo Music Foundations™, and Piano Core groups use their disclosed initial 12-week enrollment unless a specific offer or campus agreement states otherwise. A school registration does not create an undisclosed 12-week commitment.

The written enrollment summary states whether the program is ongoing or fixed-term, its initial commitment and its renewal and withdrawal terms before the family confirms those details.

Cohorts begin once the required enrollment and schedule are confirmed.

If Apollo cannot deliver your purchased cohort on its confirmed schedule, you may choose a suitable replacement offered by Apollo or a refund of tuition paid for the undelivered cohort. Apollo cancels unpaid tuition for the undelivered cohort and reconciles prior credits or refunds. A replacement or account credit requires your agreement. Apollo initiates the resulting refund within seven business days after confirming your choice and the amount due; payment-provider processing may take additional time.

If an active cohort loses purchased live instruction, the Apollo cancellation and tuition-adjustment terms below apply.

Historical Fall 2026 schedule — enrollment closed; the October 4 session is not running. The published Apollo Music Foundations™ cohort was a fixed eight-week live online program for ages 7-9. It meets Sundays, October 4 through November 22, 2026, from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Pacific.

Tuition is exactly two payments of $159, for $318 total tuition. The first payment is due at enrollment and the second payment is due November 1, 2026. This cohort is not an open-ended monthly subscription, and Apollo will not charge continuing cohort tuition after the second payment unless the family separately chooses and authorizes a new enrollment.

Historical Fall 2026 schedule — enrollment closed; the October 4 session is not running. The published Apollo Piano Pathway™ Beginner Masterclass was a separate fixed eight-week live online program for ages 6 and older. It meets Sundays, October 4 through November 22, 2026, from 11:00-11:45 a.m. Pacific, is capped at 16 students, and requires access to a piano or keyboard.

Piano Pathway Masterclass tuition is exactly two payments of $179, for $358 total tuition. The first payment is due at enrollment and the second payment is due November 1, 2026.

For both fixed Fall 2026 cohorts, Apollo schedules Payment 2 reminders for October 29, November 1, and November 3. The grace period runs through November 15. If Payment 2 remains unpaid, Apollo may assess one $25 late fee on November 16 and pause participation beginning November 16 while the account remains unpaid. No daily late fee applies.

An unpaid or failed Payment 2 does not create a third tuition installment, extend the cohort, or authorize continuing monthly billing or automatic renewal. A payment issue is separate from Apollo being unable to provide the purchased cohort or live instruction; the remedies and tuition adjustments below apply to undelivered instruction.

The Music Foundations cohort launches with at least 6 confirmed students and is capped at 16; the Piano Pathway Masterclass is capped at 16. If a cohort cannot launch on October 4, Apollo will contact enrolled families before the first class and apply the cohort nonlaunch choice and tuition remedy above. The separate $29 Trial Placement remains governed by the trial appointment policy.

No instrument or purchased curriculum kit is required for this cohort.

Student absences follow the group absence policy. Week 8 concludes each fixed Fall cohort and includes a recommendation for the student's next Apollo path.

Fixed 12-Week Programs

Apollo Signature Song Sessions™ and Apollo Music Production Lab™ are complete fixed-term 12-week programs, not ordinary month-to-month cancellation plans.

Payment plans divide the full program price. Once the program begins, scheduled installments remain due subject to the undelivered-instruction adjustments below, an approved exception or applicable law.

Student withdrawal does not automatically cancel remaining installments. Student absences follow the attendance terms; Apollo-undelivered instruction follows the separate remedies below.

Student-requested transfers, credits and reschedules remain subject to the applicable agreement and availability. If Apollo cannot launch the purchased program or provide purchased live instruction, the nonlaunch and tuition-adjustment remedies apply; an educational resource alone does not replace the purchased live lesson.

Group Absences & Academy Cancellations

Group tuition is not prorated or refunded for student absences.

If your child misses a group class, Apollo provides that week's practice and recap materials. These support practice and are not a live replacement class.

A missed group class does not automatically include a private make-up lesson.

The approximately five-minute recorded-lesson policy for same-day cancellations and no-shows applies to private lessons, not automatically to group-program absences.

If Apollo misses live instruction: If Apollo misses purchased live instruction, Apollo will offer a live makeup within 30 days. If Apollo cannot provide that live instruction, Apollo refunds the tuition allocated to the undelivered class after reconciling paid and unpaid tuition. Apollo initiates the resulting refund within seven business days after the undelivered amount is established; payment-provider processing may take additional time. A worksheet, recording or practice assignment alone does not replace a purchased live lesson.

Tuition adjustments: For a fixed course, one purchased class is valued at the net agreed course tuition after confirmed tuition discounts, divided by the number of purchased live classes. Separately provided trials, registration and optional services are excluded. Apollo reconciles delivered instruction, tuition paid, prior credits or refunds, and unpaid installments: reduce or cancel the applicable unpaid balance first, then refund any excess tuition paid once, without a duplicate credit. For ongoing monthly enrollment, the enrollment summary discloses the actual scheduled-live-class allocation before payment; no undisclosed monthly or annual denominator is imposed afterward. Applicable law controls whenever it requires another remedy.

Ashton is Apollo's current teacher and reschedules when unavailable; no substitute availability is promised. Any actual private makeup time, format and location requires his approval and the family's agreement. A replacement or account credit requires the family's agreement.

Calendar, Materials & Discounts

Monthly tuition reserves ongoing enrollment and is based on Apollo's annual teaching calendar. Families are not charged extra for ordinary five-week months, and tuition is not automatically reduced for planned academy closures.

Annual registration for new academy enrollments: Registration remains $50 for the first student and $25 for each sibling, with registration fees capped at $100 per family across any rolling 12 calendar months. These terms apply when disclosed before the new enrollment; existing family coverage, book commitments and campus agreements are honored without retrospective charges or shortened promised coverage.

Each student receives 12 calendar months from the confirmed start of their first regular enrolled lesson or course. A trial, inquiry or early payment does not start that period. Each later-joining sibling receives their own full period. Your enrollment summary shows the start, last covered date and next renewal date.

For continuing enrollment, registration renews on the student's anniversary; if that date does not exist in the renewal year, use the last day of that month. At each registration or renewal, Apollo reduces the applicable fee as needed so the family's registration fees paid in the preceding 12 calendar months, plus the current fee, stay within the family cap. A payment exactly 12 months earlier falls outside that window. The cap covers all siblings, including same-day registrations; any reduction is waived, not deferred as a later balance. A family membership change does not create a midyear registration top-up.

Registration carries over when a student adds or transfers between eligible Apollo programs during the covered period, with no new registration charge or additional book allowance. A pause does not extend the period unless the family's existing accepted terms provide otherwise. Returning before expiry reuses the remaining coverage and any unused book allowance.

A registration anniversary does not automatically enroll a student in another course or authorize an automatic payment. If a student is no longer enrolled when coverage expires, no annual registration debt is created just because the anniversary passes. A return after expiry starts a new 12-month period with the first regular returning lesson; inactive years are not back-billed.

Included Faber Lesson Book: For new academy piano enrollments that use Basic Piano Adventures and follow these annual registration terms, registration includes one teacher-selected Faber Lesson Book per student per registration year. Apollo supplies the appropriate starting book or, at renewal, the next needed Lesson Book when it is needed. Renewal does not require a duplicate book or a level change. The allowance applies across eligible Apollo programs, not separately to each program or cohort.

Families purchase additional advancement books, companion books and replacements separately. Apollo supplies the exact title, edition and purchase link before the book is needed. Registration discounts, waivers and family-cap reductions preserve the full coverage period and included book.

School programs keep their own agreed registration periods, fees and material provisions. The current Cornerstone, Arc En Ciel and CC’s Learning Center registration agreements retain supplied school instruments and materials; they do not impose the standard annual academy fee or Faber allowance. Any separate campus charge must be disclosed and accepted before payment. This policy adds no Faber requirement to Music Foundations, production programs or the fixed Fall cohorts' original teaching materials. Most private piano students use selected sheet music; the book allowance applies only when the named method is used. Any other required books, curriculum kits, instruments or special materials and their costs are disclosed in the applicable enrollment terms.

Only one promotional discount may apply per student. Sibling pricing cannot automatically stack with another promotion. Promotional rates are not retroactive, and promotions must have an expiration, enrollment limit, or defined eligibility.

Grandfathered pricing may be reviewed when a student changes programs or delivery format.

Billing Timing

Invoices are issued on the 28th.

Apollo provides a grace period through the 1st day of the following month.

For ordinary ongoing monthly enrollment, one $25 late fee may apply on the 2nd if that tuition invoice remains overdue. No daily fees apply, and the same unpaid invoice will not receive another late fee in a later billing cycle. Contact Apollo promptly if payment is difficult so available options can be reviewed.

Lessons may be paused when an account remains unpaid. For the current Cornerstone, Arc En Ciel and CC’s Learning Center monthly school agreements, tuition still unpaid by the 15th pauses participation on the 16th while unpaid. Repeated late payment may affect enrollment or reserved scheduling.

The fixed Fall 2026 Music Foundations and Piano Pathway Masterclass cohorts are excluded from these ordinary monthly late-payment terms. Their published fixed-cohort policy instead provides grace through November 15, permits Apollo to assess one $25 late fee on November 16 if Payment 2 remains unpaid, allows no daily late fees, and begins a participation pause on November 16 while unpaid.

Late Payment Policy

Families are responsible for keeping invoices current and communicating promptly if a payment problem occurs.

Returned payments, declined transactions, unresolved balances, or repeated late payments may result in late fees, paused lessons, loss of reserved scheduling, or enrollment review.

Late fees follow the limits in Billing Timing above. These manually handled tuition terms do not create a rental late fee or authorize an automatic payment. Any recurring-payment authorization is separate.

For the fixed Fall 2026 cohorts, reminders and any one-time late-fee or participation-pause action are handled manually through Apollo and Square for this launch; the website does not automatically assess or enforce them.

Attendance Policy

Consistent attendance is essential for musical growth and curriculum progression.

Students are expected to attend lessons on time and prepared with:

• Required materials
• Instruments
• Books
• Assignments
• Proper technology setup for online lessons

Late arrivals do not extend lesson end times.

Student Absences

Student absences follow the attendance terms and are non-refundable, except where the applicable agreement or law requires otherwise. These rules do not apply to instruction Apollo cannot provide.

For private lessons, when sufficient notice is provided, Apollo Music Academy may offer:

• A make-up lesson
• Group make-up class
• Recorded lesson
• Practice assignment
• Supplemental educational material

All make-up accommodations are subject to teacher and academy availability.

Group-program absences follow the group absence policy and do not automatically qualify for a private make-up lesson.

Same-Day Cancellation Policy

Private lessons canceled by the student or family with less than 24-hour notice are considered forfeited and do not qualify for a live make-up lesson, unless the applicable agreement, an approved exception or law requires otherwise.

To support continued student progress, Apollo Music Academy may provide:

• A brief recorded lesson
• Guided exercises
• Practice instructions
• Supplemental assignments

Recorded lesson substitutions are:

• Approximately 5 minutes in length
• Intended as educational support
• Not equivalent to a full private lesson

This policy includes:

• Oversleeping
• Last-minute conflicts
• Forgotten appointments
• Non-emergency scheduling issues

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend their scheduled lesson without communication are considered no-shows.

Student no-show lessons are forfeited and do not qualify for a live make-up lesson, unless the applicable agreement, an approved exception or law requires otherwise.

At the academy's discretion, students may still receive:

• A brief recorded lesson
• Practice guidance
• Supplemental educational material

Repeated no-shows may result in:

• Schedule review
• Loss of preferred time slots
• Enrollment suspension or termination

Illness Policy

Students who are sick should remain home.

When appropriate, students may request:

• Online lesson conversion
• Recorded lesson support
• Supplemental assignments

Apollo may propose online instruction during illness outbreaks or emergencies. Any replacement private time, format and location requires Ashton’s approval and the family’s agreement. If Apollo cannot provide purchased live instruction, the separate makeup and tuition-adjustment terms apply.

Teacher Absences & Substitutes

Ashton is the current teacher and reschedules when unavailable. Apollo does not promise that a substitute is available. Apollo offers a live makeup within 30 days. If the purchased live instruction cannot be provided, the tuition-adjustment and refund terms in Group Absences & Academy Cancellations apply. Any private replacement time, format and location requires Ashton's approval and the family's agreement.

Schedule Changes

Schedule change requests are subject to teacher and academy availability.

Schedule changes are not guaranteed.

Frequent schedule changes may not be accommodated in order to preserve scheduling consistency for all students and teachers.

Withdrawal & Enrollment Cancellation

For ordinary ongoing academy enrollment under the general family agreement, provide written withdrawal notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. School enrollment uses the commitment, notice deadline and withdrawal effective date disclosed in its written summary; provisional school registration does not impose an undisclosed notice period or tuition obligation.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in upcoming tuition charges remaining due.

Reserved lesson times are not indefinitely held without active enrollment.

Students who withdraw may lose their reserved time slot and may be subject to re-enrollment availability.

Fixed-term programs, including the eight-week Fall Music Foundations and Piano Pathway Masterclass cohorts and fixed 12-week programs, follow their stated fixed-term payment policy rather than ordinary month-to-month withdrawal.

Online Lessons & Technology

Families participating in online lessons are responsible for:

• Stable internet connection
• Device functionality
• Proper audio/video setup
• Timely attendance

Technology issues on the student side do not automatically qualify for refunds or make-up lessons.

Separate lesson recording and transcription permission

Piano Pathways course-specific agreement: the automatic-transcription agreement, adopted October 7, 2026, defines the reviewed instructional resource, restricted same-cohort access and retention dates. Permission is collected manually and separately for each learner and adult speaker after the required notice, verification and technical readiness checks. Missing, declined or withdrawn permission holds admission to the automatically transcribed room while Ashton resolves a noncapturing arrangement under the existing course terms, with no new fee, forfeiture or no-show penalty. A teacher-authored lesson record is labeled as such and does not silently fulfill the promised transcript or replace a purchased live class. The ordinary teacher-written-notes direction below remains subject to this course-specific handling; existing cancellation, credit, refund and nonlaunch protections continue.

Registration and payment do not authorize lesson recording or audio-to-text transcription. Before any such capture, Apollo will explain the specific use, what is created or retained, who can access it, and the storage and retention arrangements, and obtain the applicable separate permission. Without that permission, lessons continue with teacher-written notes at no extra charge.

A parent or guardian makes the applicable choice for a child; adult students make their own choice. Ashton confirms permission before capture, including agreement from other participants whose speech or image would be captured. A change in the disclosed use requires a new applicable choice. You may ask Ashton to stop capture or withdraw permission for future capture. Publicity permission and attendance do not authorize regular lesson recording or transcription.

Parent Observation Policy

For private lessons with a child, a responsible parent or adult remains nearby; parents remain for in-studio lessons. School supervision follows the actual campus arrangement. Adult learners do not need a supervising parent.

To maintain an effective learning environment, parents are expected to:

• Observe respectfully
• Avoid interrupting instruction
• Avoid coaching during lessons unless invited by the teacher

If observation disrupts instruction, Ashton and the family agree on a workable arrangement that preserves the required supervision.

Behavioral Expectations

Apollo Music Academy maintains a respectful and safe educational environment.

Students and families are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior toward:

• Teachers
• Staff
• Other students
• Vendor partners
• Academy property

Apollo Music Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for:

• Unsafe behavior
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Repeated disruption
• Inappropriate conduct
• Repeated policy violations

Instrument & Equipment Responsibility

Students and families are responsible for maintaining proper care of personal instruments and materials.

Apollo Music Academy equipment may not be used outside supervised instruction unless authorized.

Families may be financially responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

Apollo Digital Piano Rental is a separate optional service for active Apollo students or families with confirmed enrollment, subject to limited inventory, an approved request, a signed rental agreement, completed initial payment, and a separate refundable equipment deposit before release.

Digital piano rent is $39 per month for one assigned package, with an initial minimum of three paid rental months ($117 minimum rent). A separate $59 refundable equipment deposit is collected outside Square. Studio pickup and studio return are included; approved delivery or requested retrieval is $25 each way.

Rental payments do not create ownership, equity, purchase credit, or a purchase option. Lessons and equipment rental end separately. Ending lessons does not return the equipment or end rental billing.

A rental request is not a reservation. Apollo records the exact unit, accessories, condition, photographs, and handoff date before release. Families must report malfunctions promptly and may not attempt unauthorized repairs.

Written return notice is requested at least 14 calendar days before the next billing date when reasonably possible as a scheduling courtesy. Notice does not prevent cancellation. The rental ends when Apollo physically receives and records the complete equipment package; Apollo's later inspection delay does not create another rental charge.

Apollo provides an itemized explanation for any proposed deposit deduction involving documented loss, missing accessories, misuse, or damage beyond ordinary wear. No rental late fee is advertised or automatically imported from Apollo's tuition policy.

Applicable taxes and any eligible credit-card surcharge, if any, are disclosed separately before payment. The family receives the applicable invoice and recurring-payment authorization terms before payment; the public rental request form does not collect payment.

Student Safety & Instructional Contact

Verbal explanation and teacher demonstration are the preferred first methods of instruction.

Any necessary physical guidance must be limited, appropriate, instructional, and brief.

Teachers should explain or request permission before physically repositioning a student's hands, arms, posture, or instrument.

Families may request a no-contact teaching approach.

Physical discipline is never permitted. Student discomfort or boundaries must be respected immediately.

In-Home Supervision & Lesson Space

A responsible adult must remain present on the property for lessons involving minors.

Teachers are not childcare providers.

The lesson space must be safe, accessible, quiet, and appropriate.

Pets should be secured when needed, and parking or entry instructions should be accurate.

Smoking, unsafe behavior, threats, harassment, or hazardous conditions may cause cancellation or termination.

Little Apollos Supervision

Caregiver participation may be required for Little Apollos™ Music & Play depending on age, readiness, and format.

Caregivers remain responsible for supervision, toileting, health, and behavioral support.

Apollo instruction is not daycare or unsupervised childcare.

Group Conduct

Apollo may pause participation, require caregiver support, recommend private placement, transfer the student, or end enrollment when behavior makes the environment unsafe or prevents effective instruction.

Media Consent

Optional publicity is separate from enrollment. A separate affirmative choice may allow selected photographs or short promotional video clips of the named student during the identified program for Apollo’s public website, unpaid posts on Apollo’s own Instagram and Facebook accounts, and printed Apollo promotional materials. Public material may be viewed and copied by others. This limited choice does not allow the student’s name or identifying school/contact details, partner redistribution, paid advertising, or recording/transcribing the regular lesson. Those uses need their own applicable permission.

Choosing No or leaving the publicity choice unanswered does not affect normal lesson access, instruction or teacher-written notes. An unanswered choice grants no permission. Contact Ashton to withdraw permission for future capture/use and request removal from Apollo-controlled online channels; Apollo cannot promise retrieval of printed material or copies made by others. Permission must identify the individual student and program; a multi-student registration does not grant one shared permission for everyone.

Publicity choices start without a selected answer. Representative, staged or AI-generated imagery is not presented as an actual enrolled student. The separate recording and transcription requirements still apply.

Communication Policy

Families are encouraged to communicate respectfully and professionally with teachers and staff.

Contact hours: daily, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Pacific.

Responses may not be immediate. Contact hours are not lesson availability. Ashton approves each private trial or lesson's exact time, format, and location before payment.

Recitals & Events

Apollo Music Academy may offer optional performances, showcases, recitals, and academy events.

Participation requirements, attire, fees, rehearsal expectations, and schedules may vary by event.

Event details are subject to change.

Any event photography, recording or publicity use needs the applicable disclosed permission; registration or attendance alone does not grant it.

Force Majeure & Emergency Operations

Apollo Music Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules
• Transition online
• Reschedule services
• Adjust operations

due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Illness outbreaks
• Natural disasters
• Facility closures
• Internet outages
• Emergencies
• Government restrictions

Operational changes do not remove the applicable remedies for a cohort Apollo cannot launch or purchased live instruction Apollo cannot provide. The applicable agreement and law govern.

Intellectual Property

All Apollo Music Academy curriculum, lesson structures, videos, graphics, worksheets, educational systems, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of Apollo Music Academy.

Materials may not be:

• Reproduced
• Distributed
• Shared publicly
• Commercially used

without written permission from Apollo Music Academy.

Policy Updates

Apollo Music Academy reserves the right to update policies, tuition structures, scheduling procedures, and operational guidelines at any time.

Updated policies will be communicated to enrolled families when applicable. Publishing an updated page does not silently rewrite an existing executed agreement; its recorded terms remain unless a documented amendment or applicable law changes them.

Agreement

The required agreement is recorded in the applicable registration form, with the adult’s affirmative acceptance and full name. Read the general family agreement, version apollo-family-registration-2026-09-07-v1, or the school agreement, version apollo-school-registration-2026-09-07-v1. General family registration follows receipt of the complete written enrollment summary. School registration is provisional until the family confirms that summary before payment. Square handles payment separately. These are service agreements, not automatic-payment, publicity or lesson recording/transcription permissions. Earlier responses retain the terms actually accepted; a later website edit does not replace them.
