Student absences are governed by the attendance terms. With sufficient notice, private make-up support is subject to actual availability. Private lessons canceled by the student or family with less than 24-hour notice are forfeited and do not qualify for a live makeup, unless the applicable agreement, an approved exception or law requires otherwise. Group students receive the week's practice and recap materials without an automatic private makeup. Instruction Apollo cannot provide follows the separate live-makeup and tuition-adjustment terms; practice resources alone do not replace it.
