Apollo Back-to-School Pathway Bonus
Eligible new families only. Complete the paid trial, then enroll in Apollo’s recommended eligible monthly online or studio pathway within seven calendar days and no later than September 30, 2026. Apollo credits the $29 trial toward month one and waives the $50 first-year registration fee, a $79 startup value. One eligible credit per new student; not combinable with other promotions unless Apollo’s current written rules expressly allow it. The offer does not apply to in-home tuition, production commissions, school partnerships, or unrelated services.
Trial cancellation and rescheduling
One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the appointment and trial fee unless Apollo approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
Privacy and records
Apollo requests only the minimum parent and student information needed for the transaction. Incomplete pending sessions expire automatically and do not become inquiry leads. Card data is collected by Square, not this website.

Before you choose
Do I have to know which program fits?
No. If you want Apollo to decide after meeting the student, choose the paid Trial Placement. The transaction continues to a real appointment and $29 payment.
Can I enroll without a trial?
Yes, when an active program, recurring time, and verified program-specific Square checkout are available. Apollo shows one recommendation, the tuition, first charge, policies, and recurring schedule before payment.
What if in-studio or in-home lessons are unavailable?
Apollo preserves your selected format and asks you to complete a placement and availability review. It will not silently replace your choice with online lessons, create a waitlist or inquiry, or promise an opening that has not been verified.
When is my trial or enrollment confirmed?
Only after Apollo verifies Square payment and the appointment time or recurring arrangement. A click, intake, or checkout page view is never treated as success.
