Program Information
Apollo publishes program descriptions and tuition guidance so families can review fit before enrollment. Final placement depends on readiness, format, availability, and the selected program.
Tuition and Billing
The Tuition and Billing Support pages explain current program information. Your applicable dated registration agreement and written enrollment summary identify the actual tuition, registration, materials, schedule and withdrawal terms you accept. School families use their campus agreement; an inquiry does not create an enrollment.
Attendance and Scheduling
Attendance, missed lessons, same-day cancellations, no-shows, teacher substitutions, and withdrawal expectations are described on the Policies page.
Materials and Licensed Music
Books, curriculum kits, instruments, licensed sheet music, software, or special materials may be billed separately when required.
Online and In-Home Requirements
Families are responsible for appropriate online setup or safe in-home lesson access when those formats are selected.
Media and Recordings
Required registration agreement and Square payment do not grant publicity, paid-advertising or lesson recording/transcription permission. The current optional publicity choice has its own limited scope; other uses require their applicable separate disclosure and permission. Normal lessons and teacher-written notes remain available without optional permission.
Third-Party Services
Booking, payments, forms, analytics, video, email, phone, and messaging tools may be provided by third-party services with their own terms.
Intellectual Property
Apollo curriculum, graphics, lesson structures, worksheets, videos, branding, and educational materials may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Yes. Apollo may update website information when its services or practices change. A website update does not replace the dated service agreement and summary a family already accepted; those recorded terms remain unless a documented amendment or applicable law changes them.
