Bring piano practice home for $39 a month.
Eligible Apollo students and families with confirmed enrollment may request one assigned foldable digital piano package. Inventory is limited, and submitting this form starts an availability review—it does not reserve an instrument or collect payment.
Three paid rental months minimum · $59 refundable equipment deposit · studio pickup and return included.
Representative Apollo piano imagery is shown. Exact model, serial number, accessories, condition, and photographs are recorded for the assigned unit before handoff.
Know every standard charge before requesting.
The request form does not take payment. Apollo first confirms enrollment, inventory, the assigned piano, the agreement, and the correct invoice treatment.
$39 per month
Rent for one assigned digital piano package. Rental payments do not build ownership, equity, purchase credit, or a purchase option.
$117 minimum rent
The initial commitment is three paid rental months. After that minimum, rental continues month-to-month until the complete package is physically returned and recorded by Apollo.
$59 refundable deposit
A separate equipment deposit is due by Apollo's approved non-Square method before release. It is returned less any documented, authorized deduction.
$98 base amount before release
The first $39 rental month plus the separate $59 refundable equipment deposit. Applicable tax and any eligible credit-card surcharge, if any, are disclosed separately.
Pickup and return included
Scheduled Apollo studio pickup and studio return have no delivery charge.
$25 each way when requested
Approved local delivery is $25 one way. Requested retrieval is a separate $25 one-way service, subject to route availability.
Request first. Equipment is released only after every approval step.
This protects the family, the assigned instrument, and Apollo's inventory records.
Request availability
A parent or guardian shares enrollment status, preferred start date, and pickup or delivery preference.
Apollo verifies
Apollo confirms active or upcoming enrollment, current inventory, service-area fit when needed, and an available Asset ID.
Review and sign
The family receives the exact package record, recurring-price and cancellation terms, and final rental agreement.
Complete first payment and deposit
Apollo sends the first-month Square invoice only after the assigned unit's invoice settings are confirmed. The refundable deposit is handled separately outside Square.
Confirm handoff
After the agreement, first payment, and deposit are complete, Apollo schedules pickup or an approved delivery.
A student-access service—not a public equipment storefront.
Apollo enrollment required
Rental is limited to active Apollo students or families with confirmed enrollment, subject to inventory.
One piano, one record
Every unit receives an Asset ID with its exact model, serial number, accessories, checkout condition, handoff date, and photographs.
Accessories vary
A package may include a power adapter, sustain pedal, case, stand, or other listed accessories. Only the signed checkout record defines the assigned package.
Household study use
The piano is for the enrolled student's household practice. It may not be transferred, lent, subleased, sold, pawned, altered, or repaired without written approval.
Normal wear is expected
Apollo distinguishes ordinary wear from documented loss, missing accessories, liquid damage, impact damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
No public payment link
A request is not a reservation. Apollo does not ask for card details, the deposit, or a rental payment on this page.
Rental and lessons end through separate steps.
Ending lessons does not automatically return the piano or end rental billing. Apollo makes the return path available in writing.
Request return in writing
Give 14 calendar days' notice before the next billing date when reasonably possible so Apollo can schedule the handoff. This is a scheduling courtesy and does not prevent cancellation.
Email a Return RequestPhysical receipt ends rental
Notice alone does not end the rental. Rental ends when Apollo physically receives and records the complete package. A later Apollo inspection delay does not create another rental charge.
Return the complete package
Return the piano and every accessory listed on the checkout record. Apollo compares the returned package with its checkout record and photographs.
Deposit accounting
Apollo provides an itemized explanation for any documented, authorized deduction. The eligible balance is returned using Apollo's approved non-Square method.
Early return during minimum
Returning equipment before three paid rental months does not automatically remove the remaining minimum commitment unless Apollo approves a written exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
No automatic rental late fee
Apollo's ordinary tuition late-fee terms are not automatically applied to the $39 rental. An unpaid rental invoice receives staff review under the signed agreement.
Questions families ask about Apollo Instrument Access.
No. It starts an availability and eligibility review. A piano is assigned only after Apollo confirms inventory and enrollment, records the Asset ID, receives the signed agreement, verifies the first rental payment, and records the separate deposit.
The base amount is $98: the first $39 rental month plus the separate $59 refundable equipment deposit. The minimum rental commitment is $117 over three paid months. Applicable tax and any eligible credit-card surcharge, if any, are disclosed separately.
No. Rental is an Apollo student-access service for active students or families with confirmed enrollment, subject to inventory.
Scheduled Apollo studio pickup and studio return are included. Approved local delivery is $25 one way, and requested retrieval is a separate $25 one-way service, subject to route availability.
No. Apollo keeps ownership, and rental payments do not build purchase credit or create a purchase option.
Send a written return request. Fourteen days' notice is requested when reasonably possible as a scheduling courtesy, but it does not prevent cancellation. Rental ends when Apollo physically receives and records the complete package.
Apollo compares the returned package with the checkout record and gives an itemized explanation for any documented, authorized deduction. Apollo's internal target is to process the eligible balance within seven business days after inspection and accounting.
Apollo will return the rental payment for equipment Apollo cannot hand off. Any family cancellation before handoff is reviewed under the final signed agreement and applicable law.
