Apollo accepts inquiries from Orange County and selected Los Angeles County communities, with online options where the program and setup fit. In-home and other private lessons depend on the actual route, teaching commitments, and approved appointment. Location pages describe inquiry areas, not guaranteed availability.
Make a useful local inquiry
- Tell Apollo the student’s musical goal, age, prior experience, and instrument access.
- Share the preferred format and location area. Use private intake for an exact address when route review requires it.
- Offer possible days and times, including an online alternative if useful. Ashton approves each private lesson or trial appointment, including online.
- For a campus program, provide the school contact, group details, space, proposed schedule, and funding model instead of using a private-trial request.
Four things to understand
Orange County requests
Families can inquire about programs and private instruction in Orange County. Availability depends on the specific offering and, for travel-based lessons, the requested address and time.
Selected Los Angeles requests
Share the location area before planning an in-home arrangement. Travel and existing teaching commitments must be reviewed; a county-wide service promise would be misleading.
Online possibilities
Online learning can remove the travel requirement when the program, instrument, and setup suit the student. It still requires an approved private appointment or enrollment in the published cohort schedule.
School partnerships
Schools and facilities use a proposal process covering learning goals, staffing responsibilities, logistics, enrollment, and payment. Existing partners keep their school-specific enrollment route.
A request Apollo can act on
“My child is beginning piano. We have a keyboard, live in Irvine, and are interested in an in-home lesson on one of these days. Online may also work. We would like to understand the appropriate starting program and current tuition.” Send sensitive address or family details through the private intake process, not a public comment.
Make the next step visible
The practical decision should end with a clear program, actual approved format and schedule, understood tuition and terms, required materials, and a first musical goal. A submitted form, suggested window, or quoted city name is not a confirmed appointment.
Before you choose a next step
Apollo accepts Orange County inquiries, but does not guarantee every address, program, or time. In-home and other private appointments require a specific availability and route review where applicable.
Yes. Selected Los Angeles County requests are reviewed against travel and teaching commitments. Online may be considered when the program and setup fit, with the actual private appointment still subject to approval.
No. Any planning windows discussed with Apollo are not confirmed appointment inventory. Ashton must approve the actual time, format, and location for each private trial or lesson.
Use the school inquiry for a new partnership proposal. If your school already has an Apollo program, follow its school-specific QR code and published enrollment instructions.
