Eligible active Apollo students and families with confirmed enrollment may request a foldable digital piano for $39 per month, subject to limited inventory, a signed agreement, and a separate $59 refundable equipment deposit. The initial minimum is three paid rental months ($117 minimum rent). A request is not a reservation.
Use Apollo's written cancellation or return-request option to arrange studio return or requested retrieval. Fourteen days' notice is requested when reasonably possible as a scheduling courtesy, but notice does not prevent cancellation. Billing ends when Apollo physically receives and records the complete package.
Yes. Families can pay listed tuition by ACH bank transfer on an eligible Square invoice or by check with no added payment-method surcharge. Any separately applicable, permitted credit-card surcharge is 3% and must be disclosed before payment; registration does not authorize it. Debit and prepaid cards are not surcharged.
Fall 2026 Music Foundations and Piano Pathway Masterclass enrollment is closed; the October 4 sessions are not running. Planned 2027 groups are not yet open for enrollment. For any future group, Apollo confirms the actual schedule, launch requirements, tuition, and enrollment terms before accepting payment. Group tuition is not prorated for student absences.
Student absences follow the attendance terms. Private make-up accommodations depend on notice and actual availability. Group students receive that week's practice and recap materials, without an automatic private makeup. If Apollo cannot provide purchased live instruction, separate live-makeup, tuition-adjustment and refund terms apply; practice resources alone do not replace it.
