How it works
A simple, confident start.
1
Request a $29 Trial Placement
Request a trial time. Ashton approves the exact appointment before payment, and Apollo confirms it after payment verification. A confirmed trial does not reserve a cohort seat.
2
Complete the trial and receive one recommendation
Apollo confirms the eligible program, format, exact schedule or term, and tuition.
3
Enroll within seven days and by September 30
Apollo takes $50 off the first tuition charge and waives the $50 first-year registration fee when that fee is due—for up to $100 total savings. The separate $29 trial is not credited toward tuition. A Fall cohort seat is secured only after Apollo verifies availability and the first enrollment payment.

Next group-session interest: January 2027. Exact dates, time, format, capacity, and package are confirmed before enrollment; private placement may be available sooner.
Seat-reservation rule: an ad click, website form, or paid Trial Placement does not reserve a Fall cohort seat. Apollo secures a seat only after confirming current availability and receiving the first tuition payment or full tuition.

Who is eligible?
This special is designed for new Apollo families. Here is the quick version:
Eligible: New students who complete the paid trial and enroll in Apollo’s recommended eligible online or studio pathway within seven calendar days and no later than September 30, 2026. The fixed eight-week Fall Music Foundations and Piano Pathway cohorts are eligible when recommended.
One per student: One eligible Back-to-School offer per new student. It is not combinable with another promotion, partner-school rate, referral credit, sibling promotion, or previously negotiated discount unless Apollo’s current written rules expressly permit it.
Not included: In-home tuition, production commissions, school partnerships, and unrelated services.
Important: The $29 trial remains a separate paid appointment under Apollo’s approved cancellation terms and is not credited toward tuition. The savings of up to $100 are the $50 first-tuition discount plus the $50 registration-fee waiver when that fee is due.
Request a trial appointment or begin eligible enrollment through Apollo. A request does not confirm an appointment or reserve a cohort seat; Apollo confirms the next steps before payment.
