Registration Agreement — September 7, 2026
Version: apollo-family-registration-2026-09-07-v1. These terms apply to a new registration after this version is released, together with the written enrollment summary Apollo supplies before you agree and before payment. The summary identifies the student/program, approved format/location and schedule, number/duration or disclosed allocation of purchased live lessons, net tuition and separately listed charges, payment dates, registration coverage, materials and whether the program is fixed-term or ongoing. Do not agree if the summary is missing, incomplete or differs from what you discussed; contact Apollo to correct it first. This form does not authorize an undisclosed price, schedule, automatic charge or new course.
1. Enrollment, teacher and payment. Ashton is Apollo’s current teacher. Every actual private appointment, including online lessons, requires his approval of the time, format and location. A fixed group uses its own confirmed schedule and seat availability. Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable agreement, scheduling/capacity and initial-payment conditions are satisfied. Square is the payment system; do not supply payment credentials here. An ongoing payment authorization, if selected, is completed separately in Square. A completed $29 trial is separate from ongoing tuition and is not tuition credit under the current Back-to-School offer. A paid but undelivered trial is not recorded as completed.
2. Tuition and billing. Your summary states the exact tuition, confirmed discount, registration fee, payment dates and total fixed commitment or ongoing billing arrangement. Ordinary monthly tuition reserves enrollment on the disclosed teaching calendar; an ordinary five-week month does not add a lesson charge, and tuition is not recalculated solely from student attendance. Apollo must disclose the purchased-live-class allocation used for its own cancellations before payment, rather than inventing a monthly or annual denominator afterward. For ordinary ongoing monthly tuition, invoices are issued on the 28th with grace through the 1st; one $25 late fee may apply on the 2nd while that invoice is overdue. There are no daily late fees and no repeat late fee for the same unpaid invoice in a later cycle. Lessons may be paused while tuition remains unpaid. Contact Apollo promptly if payment is difficult. Fixed-term programs retain their specifically disclosed payment, grace, late-fee and end dates; ordinary monthly rules do not override them. The Square payment request shows the amount payable before you confirm payment. This registration does not authorize an additional payment-method fee.
3. Registration coverage and books. For new academy enrollments under the standard annual registration terms, registration is $50 for the first student and $25 for siblings, capped at $100 per family across any rolling 12 calendar months. The applicable charge or waiver is stated in your summary. Each student’s coverage begins with the confirmed first regular enrolled lesson/course and lasts 12 calendar months; a trial or early payment does not start it. Each sibling receives a full period. Continuing students renew on their anniversary, using the last day of that month if the date does not exist; your summary states the dates. Fees paid exactly 12 months earlier fall outside the new cap window; a capped portion is waived, not deferred. Covered transfers carry registration forward. A pause does not extend coverage unless already agreed. An inactive student is not billed merely because an anniversary passes; returning after expiry starts a new period with regular lessons, without back-billing inactive years. An anniversary does not authorize automatic payment or a new course.
For new eligible academy piano enrollment using Basic Faber Piano Adventures, that registration period includes one teacher-selected Lesson Book when needed. Families purchase additional advancement, companion and replacement books using Apollo’s exact title/edition link. Registration waivers and cap reductions preserve the full period and included book. Transfers do not create another book allowance; renewal does not force a duplicate book or level change. Most private piano students use selected sheet music; no Faber requirement is imposed on other programs. Required additional materials/costs must be disclosed in your summary. Existing family book promises and campus registration/material arrangements are honored.
4. Attendance, student absences and withdrawal. Arrive on time with the stated materials and working equipment; a late arrival does not extend the lesson. Student absences do not automatically reduce tuition or earn a refund. With at least 24 hours’ notice, a private makeup may be offered subject to the applicable terms and actual availability; it is not guaranteed. Student cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows forfeit that lesson and do not include a live makeup, unless the applicable agreement, an approved exception or law requires otherwise. Group absences receive practice/recap materials without an automatic private makeup. Materials do not represent a replacement live class. For ordinary ongoing enrollment, provide written withdrawal notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle; upcoming tuition may remain due without that notice. Fixed-term courses keep their stated commitment/end and cancellation terms instead of being converted to month-to-month withdrawal. Any replacement private time also needs Ashton’s approval and the family’s agreement.
5. Instruction Apollo cannot provide. If Apollo cannot launch a purchased cohort on the confirmed schedule, choose a suitable offered replacement or a refund of tuition paid for the undelivered cohort; unpaid tuition for that cohort is canceled. A replacement or credit requires your agreement. Apollo initiates any resulting nonlaunch refund within seven business days after confirming your choice and the amount. If Apollo misses purchased live instruction, it offers a live makeup within 30 days. No substitute teacher is promised. If that live instruction cannot be provided, Apollo reconciles the undelivered tuition and initiates any resulting refund within seven business days after the undelivered amount is established. Provider processing may take additional time. A worksheet, recording or assignment alone does not replace purchased live instruction. Student absences are separate.
For a fixed course, use net agreed tuition after confirmed tuition discounts divided by purchased live classes; separately supplied trials, registration and optional services are excluded from that tuition calculation. For ongoing monthly enrollment, use the live-class allocation disclosed before payment. Reconcile delivered instruction, paid/unpaid tuition and prior credits/refunds: reduce the applicable unpaid balance first, then refund any excess tuition paid once. Do not duplicate a credit/refund. A trial Apollo cannot provide is handled separately. Applicable law controls when it requires another remedy.
6. Learning, supervision and safety. Families provide the disclosed home/online setup and attend prepared; student-side technology problems do not automatically earn a makeup/refund. Tell Ashton promptly about illness or a safety/access problem. For private child students, a responsible parent/adult must remain nearby; parents remain for in-studio lessons. School supervision follows the actual campus arrangement. Adult learners do not need a supervising parent. Apollo provides instruction, not childcare. Maintain a safe, respectful space and use instruments carefully. Teacher explanation/demonstration is preferred; any brief instructional physical guidance is explained and permission requested. You may request no-contact instruction; physical discipline is never permitted. This agreement does not require a blanket waiver of all legal rights.
7. Separate optional permissions and existing commitments. This required service agreement permits necessary registration, scheduling and payment-related communication; it does not grant marketing, publicity, paid-advertising or Zoom transcription permission. Optional uses require their own applicable affirmative choice and can be declined without losing normal lessons. No recording/transcription permission is collected by this required section. Existing executed agreements and promised family/campus terms remain unless a documented amendment or applicable law changes them. Website updates do not silently replace this recorded agreement.
