Each group qualifies independently for the November 2 start: its minimum of 4 eligible, enrolled learners, placement and available seats must be confirmed by staff. Maximum 12 per group. Sharing interest does not reserve a seat or authorize payment. For the ages 10–12 Monday 4:00–4:45 p.m. cohort only, Ashton makes the final minimum-enrollment and readiness review at noon Pacific on November 2 and sends the launch confirmation or nonlaunch notice by 12:30 p.m. At least four eligible, enrolled learners must already meet this cohort’s launch requirements at noon. A fourth inquiry or a later 3:00 p.m. payment cannot supply a missing fourth learner. Other groups need their own approved exact preclass decision and notice times before acceptance. After the course starts, new inquiries join the next-cohort waitlist; there is no prorated late entry.

No third payment, automatic charge or automatic renewal.

Included in either choice: all 8 live classes, first-course registration, digital lesson/practice sheets and weekly recaps. No additional required-book purchase. A piano or keyboard is required; staff identifies the included materials before enrollment.

Your total is $358 USD, paid in full or exactly two $179 USD payments. Apollo absorbs card processing for this Piano Pathways course, so no card processing fee is added. Staff confirms your payment method and exact payment deadlines in writing before agreement and invoice.

When are the two payments due?

For approved standard registrations with an accepted agreement, one $358 USD invoice is sent October 28, 2026. You may pay immediately; full payment of $358 or the $179 deposit is due November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. With two payments, the remaining $179 is due December 1 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific on that same invoice.

On November 28, Ashton manually sends a reminder for the same invoice only if the course remains active and the verified ledger still shows an unpaid balance. Canceled or waived tuition is excluded; a withdrawn or canceled enrollment is not reminded for tuition already canceled or waived.

Approved registrations October 29–November 1 receive their single invoice immediately after agreement acceptance. Only for the ages 10–12 Monday 4:00–4:45 p.m. cohort already confirmed to launch at its November 2 noon review, the first payment is due November 2 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific: $358 for full payment or $179 for two payments. This replaces the standard November 1 first-payment deadline for those approved late registrations only. The second $179 remains due December 1 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Other groups require their own approved exact preclass payment deadline before acceptance; this 3:00 p.m. exception does not apply to them. Sharing interest does not trigger an invoice or authorize payment.

This is one fixed course. Only your selected one-payment or two-payment schedule applies. Staff supplies its final payment and late-payment terms in writing before agreement and invoice. The course does not automatically renew or enroll you in another course. No automatic card charging or payment-method storage is authorized.

Next step: share group interest through the shorter group inquiry. Staff reviews the age/level group, minimum enrollment and available seats, then supplies the written terms and exact payment deadlines before agreement and invoice. The October private registration waiver does not apply to this group course.

Separate transcript permission: read the Piano Pathways automatic-transcription agreement, adopted October 7, 2026. Staff handles each learner and speaker’s permission separately during registration. An inquiry, service-agreement acceptance or payment does not authorize transcription. Staff must complete the required notice, verification and technical readiness checks before collecting permission or capturing student speech.

Withdrawal, unused-tuition credit and refund protections

Terms to confirm before enrollment: the credit direction below is subject to final legal review and completed written procedures before customer acceptance. Staff supplies the final agreement before any payment request.

Before classes start: net tuition actually paid becomes tuition credit; unpaid installments are canceled. After classes start: 14 days’ written notice is required, with course access during that notice period.

Eligible classes through the effective withdrawal date are allocated at $44.75 each, with a whole-number count from 0 to 8 under the calendar and final notice rules. Unused-tuition credit is the greater of $0 or net tuition paid minus ($44.75 × eligible class count). Net paid excludes tuition already refunded or credited, so no amount is credited twice. Unpaid tuition creates no credit; unearned future charges are canceled. Treatment of any earned unpaid amount remains pending review; this course information authorizes no charge, collection or waiver.

Credits have no expiry or fees, apply dollar-for-dollar toward available future Piano Pathways courses, and allow one approved transfer within the same household. Unused paid credit is refunded if Apollo closes or cannot offer a suitable course starting within 180 days of a redemption request.

The written agreement will identify the notice channel, effective date and class-count cutoff, credit recording, household-transfer approval, redemption and suitable-course criteria, and refund procedures. Provider cancellation, course nonlaunch and legally required refunds stay separate. An applicable refund is not replaced with mandatory credit. Read existing tuition-adjustment protections.

Playable piano lab

Piano should feel clear before it feels hard.

Students should feel that piano is something they can touch, hear, understand, and practice with confidence from the very first visit.

Beginner pattern: C D E G

Follow the glowing note chips, then play the melody back at a comfortable pace.

Piano Pathway Guide

Piano should feel playable before it feels formal.

Students build confidence through small wins in a structured academy path: finding patterns, hearing notes, reading symbols, and turning simple practice into music they can feel proud of.

Representative lesson moments

Piano lessons that feel clear, encouraging, and possible.

These lesson moments show what Apollo-style piano learning can look like: teacher guidance, student focus, parent-visible progress, and confident first wins.

Representative lesson imagery showing what Apollo-style music learning can look like. Actual enrolled student photos are used only with parent approval.

Signature Song Sessions

Turn Piano Lessons Into a Clear Song Goal

Apollo piano students can work toward a Signature Song Session based on their level. Whether your child is learning a first melody, a classical theme, a festive song, or a favorite movie/game piece, our 12-week method helps students read, count, perform, and express the music with confidence.

Piano learning formats

Choose the piano format that fits your student.

These are options within Piano Pathway, not levels every student must complete. The $29 Trial Placement helps Apollo recommend the right format and next step before enrollment.

What students learn

Piano is the instrument. Confidence is the outcome.

Rhythm

Steady beat

Students learn pulse, timing, and how rhythm fits inside real songs so practice feels more organized.

Reading

Music map

Notes, patterns, intervals, and keyboard geography become less mysterious, so students can explain what they are playing.

Expression

Musical voice

Students learn dynamics, mood, phrasing, creativity, and performance confidence so music sounds human, not mechanical.

Apollo Piano Core Method

A clear piano map before harder songs.

Piano Core gives families visible progress: students learn the instrument map, build first-song confidence, and prepare for Piano Plus when ready.

Know the instrument

Keys, direction, and landmarks

Students learn white keys, black keys, high/low direction, and the repeating 2-key and 3-key landmark groups.

Decode

Alphabet, fingers, and Apollo’s Home Base

A B C D E F G repeats. Students use finger numbers 1-5 and find Middle C as Apollo’s Home Base.

First song

Ode to Joy, Easy Version

Students decode, count, play with control, and add musical expression when ready.

Dog House

2 black keys: C = Cat, D = Dog, E = Entrance / Exit.

Big House

3 black keys: F = Front Door, G = Garden, A = Animal, B = Back Door.

Reading order

Treble space notes, bass space notes, treble line notes, then bass line notes.

Piano Plus

Minuet in G becomes a Plus milestone after the Core foundation is strong.

Different starting points, one musical journey

Piano Core builds the foundation. Private support is limited and purposeful.

Piano Core uses repetition, class-wide checks, peer pacing, and parent-visible progress. Premium Private Piano is available when a student needs individualized pacing, advanced correction, performance preparation, or a custom path.

Parents notice

Reading and confidence

Students find keys faster, count more steadily, accept correction better, and can explain what they practiced.

Student success

A controlled first song

Success is not speed. It is decoding, counting, playing, finishing, and adding expression with control.

Next step

Piano Plus

After Piano Core, students can move into deeper reading, repertoire, creative work, and performance growth.

Premium support

Premium Private piano when needed

Premium Private support stays limited for students who need focused correction, custom pacing, performance preparation, or a more customized path.
