Sufficient Notice
For student absences with sufficient notice, private make-up support is subject to actual availability. Group students receive the week's practice and recap materials without an automatic private makeup.
Same-Day Cancellations
Private lessons canceled by the student or family with less than 24-hour notice are forfeited and do not qualify for a live makeup, unless the applicable agreement, an approved exception or law requires otherwise. Instruction Apollo cannot provide follows separate live-makeup and tuition-adjustment terms.
Recorded Support
A brief recorded lesson, guided exercise, or supplemental assignment may be provided when appropriate.
