2026 Tuition
Choose the learning format first. Then see the clearest price.
Online is Apollo’s recommended starting format for most new families: live teaching, clear progress, and a lower monthly investment than local private formats. Choose another format only when it better fits the student.
Payment choice: Listed tuition is available with no added payment-method surcharge when paid by ACH bank transfer or check. Eligible credit-card payments include a 3% surcharge that Square calculates and discloses before payment. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and ACH bank transfers are not surcharged.

The curriculum determines what a student learns. The lesson format determines tuition. Integrated Pathway tuition applies when two Apollo programs are intentionally combined into one coordinated learning plan. Program emphasis may shift from week to week based on the student's goals and progress. Registration is $50 for the first student, $25 for each sibling, with a $100 maximum per family. Books, curriculum kits, instruments, or special materials may be billed separately when required.

Group enrollment protections
Clear group policies protect the cohort experience.
Little Apollos and Music Foundations groups reserve a student's place in a specific cohort. Tuition is based on enrollment, not only attendance.
Initial commitment
Group enrollment begins with an initial 12-week commitment unless a specific seasonal offer states otherwise.
Cohort launch
Cohorts begin once the required enrollment and schedule are confirmed. If a cohort cannot operate, Apollo may delay, combine, offer online or private placement, transfer sessions, or refund tuition for a class Apollo cannot operate.
Absences
Group tuition is not prorated or refunded for student absences, and missed group classes do not automatically include private make-up lessons.
Apollo cancellations
If Apollo cancels and cannot provide a qualified substitute, Apollo will provide an appropriate makeup, credit, rescheduled class, or equivalent learning resource.
