The $29 Trial Placement reserves a trial appointment and is separate from ongoing tuition. Trial fees are non-refundable once booked and are not automatically credited toward enrollment unless an active promotion explicitly says otherwise. One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the trial appointment and trial fee unless Apollo approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
