Fall benefit, cancellation, and privacy
Apollo Back-to-School Savings up to $100
Eligible new families only. Complete the separate $29 paid trial, then enroll in Apollo’s recommended eligible online or studio pathway within seven calendar days and no later than September 30, 2026. Apollo takes $50 off the first tuition charge and waives the $50 first-year registration fee when that fee is due, for up to $100 in enrollment savings. The $29 trial is not credited toward tuition. The Fall eight-week Music Foundations and Piano Pathway cohorts are eligible when recommended. One eligible offer per new student; not combinable with other promotions unless Apollo’s current written rules expressly allow it. The offer does not apply to in-home tuition, production commissions, school partnerships, or unrelated services.
Trial cancellation and rescheduling
One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Student same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the appointment and trial fee unless Apollo approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise. If Apollo cannot provide a purchased trial, the live-instruction remedy is handled separately from course tuition; payment alone does not mean the trial was delivered.
Privacy and records
Apollo requests only the minimum parent and student information needed for the transaction. Incomplete pending sessions expire automatically and do not become inquiry leads. Card data is collected by Square, not this website.

Before you choose
Do I have to know which program fits?
No. Request the paid Trial Placement so Apollo can meet the student and recommend a path. Ashton approves the actual appointment before the separate $29 payment.
Can I enroll without a trial?
Yes. Apollo shows one eligible program, its exact recurring or fixed-term schedule, tuition, first charge, and policies. Fixed-term Fall cohort checkout remains staff-assisted until Square can verify the applicable bounded two-payment plan.
What if in-studio or in-home lessons are unavailable?
Apollo preserves your selected format and asks you to complete a placement and availability review. It will not silently replace your choice with online lessons, create a waitlist or inquiry, or promise an opening that has not been verified.
When is my trial or enrollment confirmed?
A trial is confirmed only after Apollo verifies Square payment and the appointment time. A Fall cohort seat is confirmed only after Apollo verifies availability and the first tuition payment or full tuition. A click, intake, or checkout page view is never treated as success.
